I had an 11:00 AM appointment and called ahead at 11:03 to inform them I was running 5-10 minutes late. Despite promptly notifying them, they refused to allow me to be seen despite 15 minutes grace period . This level of inflexibility and poor customer service is unacceptable.
We have been coming as a whole family to Advanced Orthodontics for the past 5 years. Everyone is so helpful, thoughtful and thorough. Liz has been a gem and so kind and caring with my boys.
