I would truly need an hour to detail how amazing the staff are in this practice. Three shout-outs in particular, in addition to praise for both doctors who have been amazing so far: –Kudos to Jennifer, the treatment coordinator, helped us with quick and accurate recommendations and predictions over perhaps the year and a half before we began treatment, guiding us on how long to wait (for baby teeth to fall out, etc)—and she is so caring and kind. –Kudos to Tammy, the office manager, who helped us negotiate our changing insurance coverage but who clearly is the glue in this practice, filling in for each and every other staff member when the need arises. –And kudos to Denzel and Desiree at the front desk; both are amazing. It is not very common to see a practice in which the front desk staff knows such intimate details of the practice, and how the practice and care works, that their advice is very clear-cut and solves the problem quickly and without delay. Amazing practice… we now have both kids in braces… keep up the good work.

I was a regular patient at Advanced Orthodontic Care from 2020-2023 and did my invisalign through them. They were great through every step of the process. Once I finished up, I had a permanent retainer sublingual bar added on my upper and lower teeth in addition to the extra invisalign retainers to hold things in place. Recently, the top sublingual bar wire broke, and when I visited today to have it repaired the team was wonderful at explaining my options. Monni and Dr. Birg explained that they’ve started to move away from the sublingual bars, and that they would take care of things so that I didn’t have to throw away all my existing invisalign retainers. Both my children had their orthodontics done here. My first child had already worked with another orthodontist for his smile for over a year, with not much improvement and very sales like approach to the treatment. Then, we switched to Advanced Orthodontics. What a massive improvement in professional orthodontics treatment and services. Highly recommend this practice. The staff is very friendly, especially Liz, they treat the kids like their own. All of them are approachable including Dr. Birg. My kids have been more than satisfied with their smiles!
