Dr. Rudman and his team have been great for our daughter and her smile. She just got her braces off and it is so amazing how quickly her teeth moved!
Dr. Rudman and Dr. Birg both exemplify customer service values in the operation of this Orthodontics practice. My daughter was on her second day of a new school when her wire broke. It was uncomfortable for her physically and she wanted to make a good impression on her first few days. Dr. Rudman and Dr. Birg stayed past closing and gave me 30 minutes to drive to their location so they could fix her wire. They were joking and having fun the entire time. Talk about bedside manner. The Orthodontists, Assistants, and Office Staff here genuinely care about your kiddos. In addition, I felt they handled the pandemic restrictions as best as they could. I would recommend family and friends to this practice if I was asked for a recommendation.
Very good service and lovely people
I truly appreciate Advanced Orthodontic Care staff and Dr. Rudman. After having Invisalign placed, I ended up moving to Tucson, AZ and was not certain how I would continue treatment. However, the staff worked with my travel schedule and were kind enough to ship my retainers to me. I recently completed my treatment and even though I left the office, the dental assistant stayed afterhours to help address a concern I had with my permanent retainer because she knew I was travelling back to Tucson that evening.
