I am really impressed with this group. I got a retainer through them a few years ago after I lost mine. They did a great job, and when I got some dental work done requiring the retainer to be adjusted they fixed it for free! Highly recommend
My opinion has been declining with each visit. Originally I was told this would take 1 -1.5 years. 2+ years later I am still going. I have expressed multiple times I did not want a permanent retainer. Yet this week they still were proceeding with that plan. When I AGAIN expressed why I did not want that, the assistant turned condescending and the Dr. literally threw his arms up and walked away. Completely unacceptable treatment of a patient with valid concerns and a background in healthcare. I would recommend adults go elsewhere. I only see children in there and the way they’ve treated me, a 37 year old professional, reflects that.

Advanced Orthodontic Care has earned my 5 star rating because they have given me superior treatment and care. I have been involved and included in my personalized treatment and feel as though they listen. They absolutely Care about their patients and it shows. Everyone there including front desk staff and technicians are exceptional. I just can’t say enough about how courteous and thoughtful they are.
