Nice comfortable office. Staff are pleasant and professional. Had an hour appointment for free initial Invisalign consultation. Spent 30 minutes total waiting 15-20 minutes when I arrived and several minutes between different staff members. Not obvious why there was a wait. I observed staff standing around, leaning against a wall chatting. What were they supposed to be doing as I was waiting? It wasn’t really a problem I just hate to wait and waste time. The Dr. is personable and knowledgeable. He was my twin daughters’ orthodontist and they had a good outcome. I plan to proceed with my Invisalign plan with them.
